Classical Guitar

Vinesmusical is a classical guitar manufacturer in China for B2B brands, importers, distributors and private-label programs. Current products can serve as a starting point, but the final model should be defined around the player’s level, target market and price position.

Classical guitar projects need player-specific decisions
A beginner package, a school program and a specialist retail model require different choices. Size, scale length, nut width, neck profile and string action directly affect playability, so they should be agreed before decorative details. For smaller sizes, the specification should also confirm the intended age group rather than relying only on labels such as 1/2 or 3/4.
Material choices should be linked to the product position. The top, back and sides, neck, fingerboard, bridge and internal construction influence cost, stability and tone. If a buyer has not fixed every material, the open items can be marked for a factory proposal instead of being guessed during quotation.

What to include in a classical guitar inquiry

target customer, sales channel and expected retail position;
full size or reduced size, scale length and nut width;
top, back, side, neck and fingerboard requirements;
finish, binding, rosette, logo and label details;
tuner level, strings, accessories and packaging;
estimated quantity and the points used to approve the sample.

Sample review and production reference
The approved sample should be supported by a written specification and revision record. Buyers should check neck relief, fret ends, string action, bridge and saddle work, finish, tuner installation and packaging. Those points then become the production and pre-shipment inspection reference. For a practical review sequence, see our classical guitar OEM sample approval checklist.

For buyers deciding whether to start from a detailed specification or an existing model platform, see our OEM vs ODM guitar manufacturing guide.
